Brian received his J.D. from Western State University College of Law where he graduated in 2005 with scholastic honors, ranked fifth in his class. He received his Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University Of Nevada Reno, in 2002.
Prior to joining Shlesinger & deVilleneuve Attorneys, P.C., Mr. Green worked for two years as a law clerk for a national insurance company representing workers' compensation employers. His experience there translates directly into his current practice which is focused on Oregon workers' compensation law and includes wage loss, all work related injuries, vocational rehabilitation, insurance company denials, and settlement of both disputed and accepted claims. Mr. Green also handles personal injury cases for the Firm.
Mr. Green enjoys a wonderful family life with his wife, Candace and two children, Michael and Daniel. In addition, he enjoys water and snow skiing and is an accomplished pianist.
Mr. Green is an active member of the Oregon State Bar Association.
