Kevin Swingdoff received a BA degree in Political Science from the University of North Dakota and his JD from the University of Idaho. Kevin is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and is Admitted to practice United States District Court, Oregon Circuit Courts and United States Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Lane County Debtor-Creditor Section.
Before joining Shlesinger & deVilleneuve in 2013, Kevin was a shareholder in the firm of Behrends, Swingdoff and Haines for 23 years. During his more than twenty-five years in practicing law Kevin has assisted hundreds of Oregonians in civil, criminal and bankruptcy matters. Kevin’s practice is focused on assisting injured Oregon workers navigate the often confusing and intimidating waters of Workers Compensation Law as well as counselling consumers and businesses with their bankruptcy matters.
When not working Kevin enjoys hiking, backpacking, bicycling and playing hockey. He has been playing league hockey in Eugene since the rink opened in 1990. He has been married to his wife Sheila for 21 years and has three children.
