Attorney Emily Shack

Emily received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Iowa in 1999, and her J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2002.

Prior to joining Shlesinger & deVilleneuve Attorneys, P.C., she worked on a scholarship at the Western Environmental Law Center. She also worked for the Domestic Violence Clinic through the University of Oregon and Legal Aid of Lane County, representing women seeking restraining and stalking orders.

Emily previously served on the board of directors for BRING Recycling, one of the nation’s oldest non-profit recyclers. Emily also served on the board of Friends of Law Air Water, which aids law students in their pursuit of non-profit, public interest work.

Emily is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. Her practice areas include Personal Injury Law, Social Security Disability, and Civil Litigation.
